Can I speak to you before booking to see if I want to go ahead at all?

Yes, of course. I’m happy to have a phone conversation with you at no cost to help you decide whether or not you’d like to go ahead.


Where do we meet?

I prefer to work face to face. Based on your location we can find somewhere that is a perfect environment for our sessions


How does coaching differ from therapy?

Both involve confidential conversations between 2 people. The main difference is that coaching focuses mainly on the present and the future, whereas therapy often involves a lot of thinking and talking about the past.


Will there be homework?

Only if we both agree there are tasks that you could do between sessions that will be helpful.


Will I have to prepare anything before we meet?

No, not unless you want to. Basically, just be prepared to talk to me about what’s important to you.


Is there anything that’s not OK to talk about?

No, not from my perspective. I’m happy to explore anything that’s important to you.


Are our conversations confidential?

Yes, totally.


Can I contact you outside of our sessions?

Yes, by all means. It’s fine to touch base briefly between meetings if you wish to discuss the previous session. You can drop me an email or text at any point and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can.
